Instructions for Use:

• Check that the appliance is switched off ("0-OFF").
• Plug the adapter into a compatible outlet (check the voltage on the adapter label before plugging in). Unplug the adapter when the appliance is not in use.
• Switch on (“I-ON”) the device.
• After cutting, switch off («0-OFF») the appliance and unplug it from the mains.
• Check that the switch is in the «o-OFF» position if the appliance is not being used.
• Clean the blades with the cleaning brush provided. Dry the shaver body with a towel
• dry.
• Pour a few drops of lubricating oil on the blades and wipe off the excess with a dry cloth; it is important to keep the blades in optimum condition.

Maintenance rules:

• It is essential to clean and lubricate the blades regularly to ensure proper functioning of the appliance. Failure to follow these instructions voids the warranty.

Blade maintenance :

• Lubricate the blades before, during and after each use. This will ensure optimum cutting performance. Hold the razor upside down, away from you, then put a few drops of lube on the front and sides of the blades. Blot the excess with a dry and delicate cloth. Any other maintenance or repair operation must be performed by authorized personnel. This appliance does not contain any parts that can be repaired/replaced by the user. This appliance is intended for professional use.

Replacement (removal) of blades :

• Check that the switch is in the «0-OFF» position. Place your thumb under the small blade and push forward to release the blade assembly from its housing. Install the replacement blade assembly onto the cutting head, then press down on the large blade with your thumb to secure it. Be careful not to use too much oil and not to lubricate the appliance more than necessary; this could damage the engine. Do not attempt to lubricate motor bearings that are already lubricated for life.

Cleaning the blades :

• The blades of your razor have been manufactured with precision, for a specific use, and require special maintenance and regular cleaning, in order to ensure maximum effectiveness. Clean the blades after each use. Remove hair and other debris using the cleaning brush provided. Dry the cut guides using a clean cloth. Then put them back and store the appliance to protect the blades. AVOID WETTING THE BLADES, HANDLE OR ADAPTER. The replacement and maintenance of the blades require special attention. Always ensure that both blades are replaced/sharpened at the same time.

Storage:

• when not in use, the razor is easy to store. Leave it to cool, then store it in a safe, dry place. Do not pull or bend the cord, especially at the plug.

Using size guide:

• Always switch off the appliance before inserting or removing a cutting guide.
• Slide the guide onto the blade, then press down on the back to secure it.
• To remove, lift the back, then release it from the blade.
